West Indies won a thrilling match by 24 runs, the toss eventually proving vital as the wicket crumbled, leaving India a very difficult chase.
Ambrose was man of the match for his 11 wickets, including 8-59 in the 2nd innings, though Jimmy Adams contributions of 108 and 75 with the bat were no less vital.
For India, Tendulkar was struck in the face with a bouncer, but launched a thrilling first innings counterattack which gave the Indians a first innings lead.
Patterson claimed 3 wickets in an over to end the Indian first innings quickly, narrowly missing a hattrick.
It was an exciting match between two strong teams, and one I really enjoyed replaying.
