With the pitch good for batting, Sri Lanka 'B' elected to bat first upon winning the toss.
The openers made sure they didn't waste the advantage, Mahanama making 41 out of a 1st wicket stand of 73.
Most of the top order made starts, but Kuruppu and Tillekaratne carried on to hundreds to ensure a big first innings total.
Though the lower order contributed little, the pair had put Sri Lanka 'B' in a strong position from which to control the match.
Saleem Jaffer twas the most threatening of the bowlers in taking 4-74, and he received slightly expensive support from Naved Anjum with 3-94.
The struggling Pakistan 'B' attack had now conceded a first innings total of 400+ in all 4 Unofficial Tests replayed.
Mushtaq Ahmed's continued absence through injury was a major blow, as so far he is the only Pakistan 'B' bowler to take a 5 wicket haul in a First Class match in games I've replayed.
